目的 : 探讨HPV16 18阳性的尖锐湿疣DNA倍体和cyclinD1、P5 3、P2 1WAF1 蛋白表达的改变。方法 : 使用组织芯片技术和DNA计算机图像分析方法观察 2 2 7例外阴尖锐湿疣和 2 1例外阴鳞状细胞癌的DNA倍体类型 ,并进行cyclinD1、P5 3、P2 1WAF1 免疫组化研究。结果 : HPV 16 18阳性外阴尖锐湿疣 2C细胞占 (4 4 .36± 6 .6 6 ) % ,3C~ 4C占 (37.72± 8.4 3) % ,5C占 (15 .2 1± 6 .33) % ,>5C占 (2 .71± 1.0 4 ) %。 98例HPV16 18阳性尖锐湿疣中 ,cyclinD1、P5 3、P2 1WAF1 阳性者分别为 39例 (39.80 % )、5 2例 (5 3.0 6 % )、4 7例(4 7.96 % )。HPV 16 18阳性外阴尖锐湿疣与阴性者差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 : HPV16 18阳性外阴尖锐湿疣DNA倍体图像分析显示高度增殖活性 ,cyclinD1、P5 3高表达 ,P2 1WAF1 低表达
Objective: To investigate the changes of DNA ploidy and the expressions of cyclinD1, P5 3, P2 1WAF1 in HPV16 18-positive genital warts. Methods: DNA ploidy patterns of 277 cases of vulvar and condyloma acuminata and 21 cases of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma were observed by tissue microarray and DNA computer image analysis. The expressions of cyclin D1, P5 3 and P2 1 WAF1 were also studied. Results: The number of 2C cells in HPV 16 18 positive vulva condyloma acuminatum was (44.36 ± 6.66)%, that in 3C 4C was (37.72 ± 8.4 3)%, that in 5C was (15.2 ± 6.13)%, ,> 5C accounted for (2.71 ± 1.04)%. The positive rate of cyclinD1, P5 3 and P2 1WAF1 in 98 cases of HPV16 18 positive condyloma were 39 (39.80%), 52 (53.6%) and 47 (4.796%) respectively. HPV16 18 positive genital warts and negative were significant differences (P <0.01). Conclusion: DNA ploidy analysis of HPV16 18 positive genital warts showed high proliferative activity, high expression of cyclinD1 and P5 3, low expression of P2 1 WAAF1
