“布洛克”训练法(BLOCK TRAINING)是近些年来东欧,特别是前苏联部分世界级优秀选手所采用的先进训练方法,尤其在投掷运动员的力量训练中较多采用。它的主要特点是把全年训练根据比赛要求分为不同特定阶段,在此基础上对某种身体能力进行多种不同强度、运动量及手段的训练,在训练负荷的变化过程中追求训练的整体效果和系统化。在国际田联投掷项目高级教练员培养班上,有关专家对此也作了重点介绍。现就青少年投掷运动员对于此训练方法的运用问题作以下分析与介绍,供我国学校教练员和运动员借鉴与参考。
