党的十六大报告强调指出 ,要“注重在改革和建设的实践中考察和识别干部 ,把那些德才兼备、实绩突出和群众公认的人及时选拔到领导岗位上来”。为深入贯彻这一精神 ,进一步提高干部选拔任用工作的质量 ,我们结合干部调整配备工作实践 ,就如何重实绩重公认选拔任用干部的问题进?
The report of the 16th National Congress of the CPC emphasized that it is necessary to “focus on inspecting and identifying cadres in the practice of reform and construction and timely selecting those leaders who have both ability and political integrity, outstanding performance and recognition of the masses.” In order to thoroughly implement this spirit and further improve the quality of the work of selecting and appointing cadres, we, in combination with the adjustment and equipping of cadres with work practices, put forward the question of how to recognize and select cadres with great achievements.
