目的:探讨喉癌向周围组织浸润发展的方式。方法:应用抗癌基因P53单克隆抗体(DO-1)对19例喉癌、癌旁和相对正常组织进行免疫组织化学染色。结果:P53蛋白阳性物质位于肿瘤细胞核和转化的细胞核内。喉癌的表达率为73.68%。癌旁的表达率为36.84%,且3~5个阳性细胞位于上皮基底部的细胞核内,呈局灶性、跳跃性表达。结论:喉癌细胞向周围组织浸润方式是跳跃性的,因此为了达到手术治愈目的,喉癌切除术的安全缘至少1cm。
Objective: To explore the way of laryngeal carcinoma infiltration to the surrounding tissue. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was performed on 19 cases of laryngeal carcinoma, paracarcinoma and normal tissues using the anti-oncogene P53 monoclonal antibody (DO-1). Results: The P53 protein positive substance was located in the nucleus of the tumor and the transformed nucleus. The expression rate of laryngeal cancer was 73.68%. The expression of para-cancer was 36.84%, and 3 to 5 positive cells were located in the nucleus of the basal part of the epithelium, showing focal and leaping expression. CONCLUSIONS: Laryngeal cancer cells infiltrate the surrounding tissues in a leapfrog manner. Therefore, in order to achieve the goal of surgical cure, the safety margin of laryngeal cancer resection is at least 1cm.
