患者,女,73岁,病历号2527。因失眠每晚服舒乐安定1mg多年,1998年5月31日从45cm高处跌下,X光片示胸椎XI压缩性骨析,第6周穿钢丝背心下地活动。1998年8月18日,因脊神经受压、腰肌痉挛致疼痛较重,医嘱给予巴氯芬(脊舒)口服5mg,tid,3d。第4～6天为10mg,tid,每次止痛仅3h。第7天上午6点、10点各服159,11时感到头晕、腿软、行走不稳,11点45分家人发现患者右上眼睑向上抽搐,连续约2～
