滚丝轮制造时,为考虑磨损后有必要的重磨储备量,需给以中径附加量△D_中,然而目前资料对△D_中值有三种不同的见解,推荐的数值又不一致,易造成设计上的矛盾。鉴于上述情况,对△D_中值尚需寻找新的计算方法并于理论上承认。本文以螺纹升角为出发点,对△D_中值作有限的探讨,根据螺纹升角极限值计算滚丝轮中径D_(中新)和D_(中旧)。结果认为,原推荐的△D_中值未能完全反映影响它的综合因素。
