蒋志平,是江苏省涟水籍旅台老人,现年已97岁高龄,依然耳聪目明、思维敏捷、豁达睿智、步履稳健。他一生孜孜追求教育救国、教育强国,86岁时,在他的家乡创办了炎黄职业技术学院,他毕生都在实践着“炎黄腾飞”的梦想。上世纪三十年代,蒋志平从江苏涟水颠沛流离到台湾,在台北街头支棚、垒灶、炸油条、烙烧饼,小有积蓄后,他便着手开当铺、卖家电、经营房地产。有了一定的经济实力后,他先后在台北、基隆创办了东南科技大学和经国健康暨管理学院。
Jiang Zhiping, Jiangsu Province, Lianshui membership trip to Taiwan, the elderly are now 97 years old, still eloquent, quick thinking, open-minded, steady pace. His life diligently pursued education to save the country and educated the country. At the age of 86, he founded Yanhuang Vocational and Technical College in his hometown and practiced his dream of “flight of the yellowstone” throughout his life. In the thirties of the last century, Jiang Zhiping displaced himself from Taiwan to Jiangsu Province by Lianshui in Jiangsu Province. After he left the streets with pecks, stoves, fried dough sticks and biscuits in Taipei, he started to open pawnshops, sell home appliances and run real estate. With a certain degree of economic strength, he successively founded Southeast University of Science and Technology and the National Institute of Health and Management in Taipei and Keelung.
