目的 研究拟原白头翁素A的生殖毒性作用。方法 小鼠睾丸初级精母细胞染色体畸变试验、精子畸形试验和致畸试验。结果 小鼠睾丸初级精母细胞染色体畸变试验、精子畸形实验结果为阴性。致畸试验高剂量组孕鼠体重增长减缓 (与阴性及溶剂对照组比较 ,P <0 0 5、P <0 0 1)。各剂量组胎仔体重、身长、尾长与阴性和溶剂对照组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5、P <0 0 1)。结论 拟原白头翁素A无诱发小鼠睾丸初级精母细胞染色体畸变和精子畸形的作用 ;高剂量对孕鼠有母体毒性 ,各剂量组均可引起胚胎发育迟缓 ,但无畸形发现。
Objective To study the reproductive toxicity of pseudoanemonin A Methods Chromosome aberration test, sperm abnormality test and teratogenicity test of primary spermatocyte in mouse testes. Results The testicular primary spermatocyte chromosome aberration test and sperm deformity test result were negative. Teratogenicity test Rats in the high-dose group had a slower rate of weight gain (P <0.01, P <0.01 compared with the negative and solvent controls). There were significant differences in body weight, body length, tail length, negative and solvent control groups in each dose group (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusions Pulsatilla A does not induce chromosomal aberrations and sperm deformity in primary testicular spermatozoa of mice, while maternal toxicity of high dose to maternal testis can induce embryogenesis retardation but no deformity.
