近年来,我国市场经济以及企业单位改革都发生了一定程度的发展,促使单位企业员工的工作及生活也随之受到了影响,导致其发展节奏得到了提升,从而使竞争逐渐趋于激烈。进一步增加了员工的思想压力及心理负荷,随着时间的发展,员工自身的不稳定因素也在进一步提升。对企业来说,职工生活状态的关注是企业发展的关键。本文主要对企业思想政治工作中,员工满意度提升的措施进行了详细的论述。
In recent years, the market economy in our country and the reform of enterprises have undergone a certain degree of development. As a result, the work and livelihood of employees in their enterprises have also been affected. As a result, their pace of development has been raised and their competition gradually fiercer. Further increase the ideological pressure and psychological burden on employees, as time goes by, the staff’s own instability is also further improved. For enterprises, the concern about the living conditions of employees is the key to the development of the enterprise.
