目的:调查高校非医学生对结核病的防治认知情况,为今后展开大学生健康教育提供新的思路和方法。方法:采用整群抽样法,对莆田学院学生进行问卷调查。采用Epi-Data3.1双录入,创建数据库,用Excel2003和SPSS13.0对数据进行整理分析,采用χ2检验进行各率的统计学检验,P<0.05可认为有统计学意义。结果:90.1%对结核病有较正确的认知。44.3%认为结核病患者积极接受正规治疗后可痊愈。61.6%认为学校应该加大对结核病的宣传防治。结论:非医学生结核病防治知识认知度较低,应开展多种形式的结核病相关健康教育,加强高校结核病防治的各项工作。
Objective: To investigate the cognition of prevention and treatment of tuberculosis by non-medical students in colleges and universities, and to provide new ideas and methods for health education of undergraduates in the future. Methods: A cluster sampling method was used to survey students in Putian University. Using Epi-Data3.1 double entry, the database was created, the data was analyzed by Excel2003 and SPSS13.0, and the statistical test was carried out by using χ2 test. P <0.05 was considered as statistically significant. Results: 90.1% of TB have a more correct understanding. 44.3% believed that patients with tuberculosis could be cured after actively receiving regular treatment. 61.6% think schools should step up publicity and prevention of tuberculosis. Conclusion: Non-medical students have a low awareness of tuberculosis prevention and treatment, and should carry out various forms of tuberculosis-related health education to strengthen the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in colleges and universities.
