“国培计划”是我国近年来贯彻落实教育规划纲要启动的教育发展重大项目,它以农村教师为重点,通过对中小学教师的专项培训,大幅度提高教师队伍整体素质,为促进义务教育均衡发展和提高基础教育质量提供师资保障。广西是少数民族省份,一方面基础教育相对落后,一方面又拥有非常厚重的民族艺术文化资源。在“国培计划”艺术学科的研修过程中,充分利用地方的民族文化资源,开展形式多样的学科研修活动,使民族地区“国培计划”艺术学科的研修活动更具有地方特色,使农村中小学音乐教师研修这项贯彻落实教育规划纲要的重大项目更具有实效性。
