策略:对于中考受挫的中职新生来说,就读中职学校往往是无奈的选择。开学第一课上,相比理论知识的学习,他们更渴望能在新环境中寻找到情感的寄托。开学第一课应是寻找师生情感共鸣的一课,这在前面的三篇案例中也得到了充分体现。无论是文化基础课还是专业课,都应激发学生积极情感,调动学生学习积极性。俗话说,好的开始是成功的一半。开学第一课上得精彩与否,既关系到教师在学生心目中的地位和形象,又直接影响到学生今后的学习兴趣和学习热情,影响到学生对职业教育的认识和理解,对职业的认识,对职业的规划与选择乃至职业理想、职业目标的实现。教育部与中央电视台合作推出的大型公益节目《开学第一课》,2008年以“知识守护生命”为主题,2009年以“我爱你,中国”为主题,2010年以“我的梦,中国梦”为主题,2011年以“幸福”为主题,2012年以“美在你身边”为主题。从选择的主题来看,既有针对性,又有时效性、时代感。中职学校的开学第一课除应具备以上特点,还需注意以下两方面。
