我们一说起职业经理人频繁的辞职或变动,首先就会联想到职业经理人对老板的忠诚度。目前房地产企业在我国才刚刚起步不久.老板也是刚刚起步,职业经理人更是刚刚起步,加上中国房地产行业入行门槛较低.利润率偏高.部分职业经理人想自己创业,是可以理解的。房地产企业之所以留不住人,问题不在人的品质,而在于观念和体制。职业经理人的辞职,说起原因好像是老板与职业经理人之间不协调,出现了人与人之间的矛盾。但实际情况下往往是职业经理人对企业管理制度不满。
When we talk about the frequent resignations or changes of professional managers, we first think of the professional managers’ loyalty to the boss. At present, real estate companies in China have just started soon. The boss is just beginning, professional managers is just getting started, coupled with China’s real estate industry to enter the lower barriers to higher margins .Professional managers want to start their own business, is understandable . The reason why real estate companies can not stay, the problem is not the quality of people, but rather the concept and system. The resignation of professional managers, talking about the reason seems to be the lack of coordination between the boss and professional managers, there have been contradictions between people. However, in practice, professional managers are often dissatisfied with the enterprise management system.
