对妊高征患者红细胞膜过氧化脂质(LPO)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、Na~+K~+-ATP酶活性及膜内面 Ca~(2+)结合能力的变化进行研究。方法:检测 19名正常孕妇, 19例妊高征患者红细胞膜 LPO、SOD、Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性(比色法)及膜内面Ca~(2+)结合力(原子吸收法)。结果:(1)妊高征组红细胞膜LPO含量明显高于正常孕妇组(P<0.001)。(2)妊高征组红细胞膜SOD活性明显低于正常孕妇组(P<0.001)。(3)妊高征组红细胞膜Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性明显低于正常孕妇组(P < 0.01)。(4)妊高征组红细胞膜内面的Ca~(2+)结合量明显低于正常孕妇组(P<0.01)。结论:妊高征患者红细胞膜脂质过氧化增强和抗氧化能力减低,两者间平衡破坏。红细胞膜Na~+K~+ATP酶活性及膜内面Ca~(2+)结合能力的降低提示膜离子运输功能失常。
The contents of peroxidative lipid (LPO), superoxide dismutase (SOD), Na ~ + K ~ + -ATPase activity and Ca ~ (2+) binding capacity of erythrocyte membrane in patients with PIH were studied. Methods: The activities of LPO, SOD, Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase (colorimetric method) and Ca ~ (2+) on the inner membrane of 19 normal pregnant women and 19 cases of PIH were detected by the method of atomic absorption ). Results: (1) The content of LPO in erythrocyte membrane of PIH group was significantly higher than that of normal pregnant women (P <0.001). (2) SOD activity of erythrocyte membrane in PIH group was significantly lower than that in normal pregnant women (P <0.001). (3) The Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase activity of erythrocyte membrane in PIH group was significantly lower than that in normal pregnant women (P <0.01). (4) The content of Ca2 + in the surface of erythrocyte membrane in PIH group was significantly lower than that in normal pregnant women (P <0.01). Conclusion: The erythrocyte membrane lipid peroxidation and anti-oxidative capacity of patients with PIH are decreased, and the balance between them is destroyed. The activity of Na ~ + K ~ + ATPase in erythrocyte membrane and the decrease of Ca ~ (2+) binding ability in membrane surface suggest the dysfunction of membrane ion transport.
