研究了磁感应强度为0~1.5T的稳恒磁场对Al-10Ni合金凝固组织及结晶取向的影响。结果表明,稳恒磁场能够使合金中Al3Ni初生相均匀分布,在平行于磁场方向的截面上Al3Ni初生相发生定向排列,磁场能显著改变基体Al和Al3Ni相的晶体取向;随着磁感应强度的增加,Al3Ni相的定向排列程度逐渐提高,间距逐渐减小;基体铝相的(311)晶面的生长受到抑制,Al3Ni相在(hk0)面的衍射强度增强,同时以c轴平行磁场方向取向。
The effect of the steady magnetic field with magnetic induction of 0 ~ 1.5T on the microstructure and crystal orientation of Al-10Ni alloy was studied. The results show that the Al3Ni primary phase can be uniformly distributed in the alloy by the constant magnetic field and the Al3Ni primary phase is aligned in the cross section parallel to the magnetic field. The magnetic field can significantly change the crystal orientation of the Al and Al3Ni phases. With the increase of the magnetic induction The orientation of Al3Ni phase gradually increases and the pitch decreases gradually. The growth of the (311) crystal plane of the matrix aluminum phase is suppressed, and the diffraction intensity of the Al3Ni phase increases on the (hk0) plane while the c-axis parallel magnetic field is oriented.
