实行宽严相济的刑事司法政策是我国司法机关的一项重要政策,特别是在构建和谐社会的背景下显得尤为重要。当前我国检察机关在贯彻这项政策时存在着执法观念滞后,宽严尺度把握不准,办案人员业务素质不高,执法考评不科学,矫治机制不健全,工作机制不协调,执法力量不足等,只有针对这些问题制定切实可行的对策,才能更好地实现宽严相济的刑事政策。
