针对弓网耦合问题,提出了弓网系统的半主动控制策略。根据建立的弓网模型和接触力历史数据,利用预测控制技术,预测下一时刻接触力;将预测值与理论值对比计算误差,MPC控制器将计算结果输出给电流变阻尼器;由电流变阻尼器提供接触力的控制输入变化量,使得实际值接近于理论值。实验结果表明:半主动控制策略在弓网系统的应用,能有效提高弓网耦合质量,抑制离线电弧的发生,优化受流质量。
Aiming at the problem of bow-net coupling, a semi-active control strategy is proposed. According to the established bow mesh model and the contact force history data, the predictive control technology is used to predict the contact force at the next moment. The predicted value is compared with the theoretical value to calculate the error. The MPC controller outputs the calculation result to the ER damper. The damper provides the variation of the control input of the contact force so that the actual value is close to the theoretical value. The experimental results show that the application of semi-active control strategy in bow-net system can effectively improve the bow-net coupling quality, suppress the occurrence of off-line arc and optimize the flow quality.
