杭州西湖风景区内的西湖龙井茶园是新修订的《杭州市西湖龙井茶基地》明确划定一级保护区,也是龙井茶西湖产区、钱塘产区乃至越州产区的源头和核心,以其文化底蕴厚重、生态环境优越、品种资源优良、加工技艺独特、产品品质超群而闻名中外,成为杭州的一张“金名片”。西湖成功申遗,龙井茶园成为西湖文化遗产的重要组成部分,为其发展打开了更为广阔的空间。但是,在市场竞争压力下,西湖龙井也面临着诸多来自外部环境和内部矛盾的现实挑战,其关键点是如何加强西湖文化遗产地龙井茶原真性保护,凸现传统、真实的龙井茶的美誉度和竞争力。就此问题,本刊采访了西湖风景名胜区管委会党委书记、主任刘颖,请他详谈了杭州西湖文化遗产区龙井茶原真性保护的对策研究。刘颖提出“十个真”的对策建议,期待唤起政府、茶村、茶企、茶农合力做好保护工作,使西湖文化遗产地龙井茶这颗耀眼的明珠更加光彩夺目。
Xihu Longjing Tea Garden in West Lake Scenic Area of Hangzhou is a newly-revised “West Lake Longjing Tea Base in Hangzhou,” clearly demarcating a Grade I Reserve. With its rich cultural heritage, superior ecological environment, excellent breed resources, unique processing techniques, and superior product quality, it has become famous in China and abroad and has become a gold business card in Hangzhou. West Lake successfully claimed, Longjing Tea Garden has become an important part of the West Lake cultural heritage, opening up a broader space for its development. However, under the pressure of market competition, West Lake Longjing also faces many challenges from the external environment and internal conflicts. The key point is how to strengthen the authenticity of Longjing Tea in the cultural heritage of West Lake and highlight the reputation of traditional and authentic Longjing Tea. And competitiveness. On this issue, the journal interviewed Liu Ying, Party Secretary and Director of the West Lake Scenic Area Management Committee, and asked him to discuss in detail the countermeasures for the authentic protection of Longjing Tea in Hangzhou West Lake Cultural Heritage Area. Liu Ying proposed the “ten true” countermeasures and suggestions, and he hoped to arouse the government, tea villages, tea companies, and tea farmers to work together to protect and make the dazzling pearl of the West Lake heritage site Longjing tea even more dazzling.
