白静波,1963年生,河南新郑人。现为河南省书协会员、郑州市书协会员。作品曾获第三届“商鼎杯”全国书法大赛优秀奖,人民日报社主办的“鸣鹿杯”首届全国党政干部书画大赛优秀奖、第二届全国党政干部书法大赛三等奖,河南省首届电视书法大赛佳作奖。入展河南篆刻提名展等。
