KY_B—60矿用一般型白炽灯普遍使用在煤矿井下通风良好的巷道、变电站及井底车场中。灯具内装有KF127—60型矿用白炽灯,该灯泡的使用寿命较短,灯泡烧毁后需由井下维修电工进行更换。由于白炽灯的发光效率比较低,灯泡表面温度又比较高(可达近百度),对在煤矿井下的使用和维护都带来了一定的困难。为提高KY_B—60矿用一般型白炽灯的光通量,延长灯的使用寿命,节约电能和降低灯具表面温度,上海中兴无线电厂、浙江新昌煤矿电器厂分别应开滦、辽源等矿务局的要求,已将民用220V 9W、H型高效节能荧光灯改制成适合于煤矿井下使用的KJD9型矿用节能灯。在不改动原送审合格的KY_B—60矿用一般型白炽灯外壳的防爆结构前提下,摘下原60W白炽灯,换上KJD9型矿
