作者采用单盲抽样调查法研究脑膜炎球菌菌苗和伤寒菌苗混合使用的可行性和血清学应答。 作者对158名志愿者随机分组,A组(54人)肌肉注射0.5ml伤寒Vi多糖菌苗;B组(50人)肌肉注射0.5mlA和C群脑膜炎球菌多糖菌苗;C组(54人)接种两种菌苗的混合制剂。接种后5天内每日记录局部和全身反应。 3~6周后A组和B组中66人分别接种另一种菌苗。两次接种时都进行了静脉采血。1年后对接种过两种菌苗的志愿者(A、B两组共40人,C组40人)再次采血。用放射免疫法测定对A和C群脑膜炎球菌抗体和伤寒Vi抗原的抗体应答。用不配对t检验比较滴度的log值以及免疫后3~6周至1年内与免疫前抗体滴度log值间的差异。
The authors used a single blind sampling method to investigate the feasibility of meningococcal and typhoid vaccine combinations and serological responses. The authors randomized 158 volunteers to intramuscular injection of 0.5 ml of the bacillus Vi polysaccharide vaccine in group A (54 individuals), 0.5 ml of group A and C meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine in group B (54) ) Inoculation of a mixture of two vaccine. Local and systemic reactions were recorded daily 5 days after inoculation. Three to six weeks later, 66 patients in group A and group B were inoculated with another vaccine. The log t of the titers was compared with the unpaired t-test and the difference between the log values of pre-immunization antibody titers within 3 to 6 weeks to 1 year after immunization.
