What can be brought to us in the second year after China’s entry into WTO? The annual import and export value exceeded 600 billion U.S. dollars. The economy maintained rapid growth and the people’s living standards improved. So what else can we bring to the rest of this year? This is a problem that Chinese people care about very much. According to China’s accession to the WTO Protocol, China’s overall tariff level will be further reduced to 11.5% by the beginning of this year. Quota restrictions on watches, cameras and other commodities will be canceled. The quota for commodities such as automobiles, refined oil and natural rubber will increase by 15%.
