目的:建立测定珍菊降压片中盐酸可乐定含量的固相萃取-高效液相色谱法。方法:选用C18固相萃取小柱对样品进行纯化。采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,流动相为0.22%辛烷磺酸钠-甲醇-磷酸(450:550:1,用1mol·L-1氢氧化钠溶液调pH至3.0),检测波长为220nm。结果:盐酸可乐定在1.03~6.18mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9992),平均回收率为98.8%。结论:该方法简便,结果准确。
Objective: To establish a solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of clonidine hydrochloride in Zhenju Jiangya Tablet. Methods: C18 solid phase extraction cartridges were used to purify the samples. Using octadecylsilane bonded silica as a filler, the mobile phase was 0.22% sodium octane sulfonate-methanol-phosphoric acid (450: 550: 1, adjusted to pH 3.0 with 1mol·L-1 sodium hydroxide solution) Detection wavelength of 220nm. Results: Clonidine hydrochloride showed good linearity (r = 0.9992) in the range of 1.03 ~ 6.18 mg · L-1 with an average recovery of 98.8%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate.
