最近,我单位煨制两个直径45 00毫米、高4800毫米、壁厚8毫米的水箱。钢板只有1200毫米宽,这就需用4节1200毫米高的筒圈搭焊起来。我们用手工把简节和封头加工好后进行装配。传统的装配方法有二种,一是卧装法,一是竖装法,但这两种施工方法都很不经济。前一种方法要加工制作一个转胎;后一种方法需要立架子、搭操作平台。于是,我们根据本单位的具体情况,采用了提升拼装法,见图1。
Recently, my unit has manufactured two water tanks with a diameter of 4,500 mm, a height of 4,800 mm and a wall thickness of 8 mm. The steel plate is only 1200 mm wide, which requires 4 sections of 1200 mm tall barrels to be welded together. We assembled the simple sections and heads by hand. There are two kinds of traditional assembly methods, one is the horizontal mounting method and the other is the vertical mounting method. However, these two construction methods are not economical. The former method requires the processing of a single tire; the latter method requires a stand and an operating platform. Therefore, according to the specific conditions of this unit, we have adopted the Assembled Lifting Method, as shown in Figure 1.
