社会标签的蓬勃发展引起了大学图书馆的广泛关注,为了适应用户信息组织习惯的改变,很多大学图书馆都将社会标签纳入到自己的服务组织中。其中,宾夕法尼亚大学和密歇根大学先后开发了应用于大学图书馆环境的社会标签系统PennTags和MTagger。文章通过对标签的组织方式、标签的管理、标签与知识组织体系的融合以及系统特点四个方面的调研,以了解社会标签系统在大学图书馆的应用情况。
The vigorous development of social tag has aroused widespread concern in university libraries. In order to adapt to changes in the habits of user information organizations, many university libraries include social tags in their service organizations. Among them, the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Michigan have developed social tagging systems PennTags and MTagger for university library environments. The article investigates the application of social labeling system in university library through four aspects: the organization of the label, the management of the label, the integration of the label and the knowledge organization system and the characteristics of the system.
