目的:探讨SHP-1和EGFR在乳腺癌患者的癌组织、癌旁组织中的表达。方法:免疫组织化学SP法检测100例乳腺癌患者的癌组织、癌旁组织中SHP-1和EGFR的表达情况。结果:SHP-1在癌组织的表达率明显低于癌旁组织(P<0.001),EGFR在乳腺癌组织阳性表达率均明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.001)。结论:SHP-1的表达降低及EGFR的过度表达与乳腺癌的发生关系密切。
Objective: To investigate the expression of SHP-1 and EGFR in breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of SHP-1 and EGFR in 100 cases of breast cancer and adjacent tissues. Results: The positive rate of SHP-1 in breast cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent non-cancerous tissues (P <0.001). The positive rate of EGFR in breast cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues (P <0.001). Conclusion: The decreased expression of SHP-1 and the overexpression of EGFR are closely related to the occurrence of breast cancer.
