我公司1983年接受了湛江首站9号和10号两台50,000m~3浮顶油罐的施工任务。这两台油罐均采用日本钢材,顶上两圈为SM41B,油罐底板和其余部分均为SPV32,每圈板的高度为1580mm,现将我们在施工中的一些主要作法介绍如下: 一、底板的安装 1.排板形式的选择根据我们及兄弟单位施工的经验,我们分析了以前通用的几种排板形式:(1)条形排板;(2)丁字形排板;(3)人字形排板;(4)“分块”排板。普遍认为后两种排板形式较好,可避免某一方面的焊缝集中,使收缩较为均匀。比较起来:分块排板法会增加一些焊缝,且焊接顾序尚无一致意见;而人字形排板法会形成两条贯穿焊缝,
