在地方报社,特别是城市报社,记者、编辑使用剪报资料,国内资料用得最多。国内剪报资料能否适应编辑部需要,首先取决于选取是否得当。怎样使剪报资料的选取适应编辑记者的需要?根据我们多年的体会,提出以下几点,和同行们交流。明确选取目的结合当地情况国内剪报资料和地方剪报资料,使用者对其要求有着明显的不同。人们对地方资料,主要是从中了解背景材料和报道历史。对国内资料,主要是从中学习参考最新的宣传内容。因此,国内剪报资料的收集,应该配合当前的宣传报道任务,为记者、编辑的采编工作和学习服务;同时,也不排斥收集一些当前不用而日后可能使用的资料。
In local newspapers, especially in city newspapers, journalists and editors, the most frequently used domestic materials are newspaper clipping information. Whether the domestic clippings can meet the needs of the editorial department depends, first of all, on the proper selection. How to adapt the selection of newspaper clippings to the needs of editors? According to our experience for many years, we propose the following points to share with our colleagues. Clearly choose the purpose of combining the local situation of domestic clippings and local clippings, users have a clear difference in their requirements. People are familiar with the local materials, mainly from the background material and reporting history. For domestic information, it is mainly to learn from the latest promotional content. Therefore, the collection of domestic clipping information should cooperate with the current task of propaganda and reporting to compile and edit journalists and editors’ work and study services. At the same time, it does not exclude the collection of information that may not be used in the future and may be used in the future.
