创刊时间、地点:2014年3月,广西玉林创刊人:高作余(高作苦)主要同仁:谭延桐刘频盘妙彬安石榴高瞻庞白张民罗晖李双鱼徜徉黄尚宁湖南锈才湖北青蛙王单单海烟高作余办刊理念在为广大汉语诗人搭建一个交流、学习的平台。拒绝圈子,唯质取稿。活动及其影响2014年3月29—30日,该刊主编高作余应邀赴浙江绍兴参加中国作家诗人采风行,会上分发介绍《南方诗人》创刊号,受到与会诗人热烈好评。多次举办各种诗歌交流研讨活动。
