In the wave of global economic development, the relationship between environment and trade has become intricate and controversial. The principle of national treatment as one of the basic principles of the modern multilateral trade system has been challenged by all parties under the environment and the development of a green economy. What kind of stance should be taken is of great significance to the development of our country’s international economy.
