记者近日了解到,八达岭高速路的“死亡谷”段上安装了两台形似指路标志牌、能够显示车速的车速反馈仪。反馈仪所有的雷达系统能够同时监测两至三条车道上车辆的通过速度,一旦测到超速车,屏幕上数字将频闪,提醒司机减速。并且,由于仪器使用的是全天候的显示技术,因此在夜里,甚至在雨雾等恶劣天气情况下,也能提醒司机减速。尽管有关方面表示“仪器测到的数据只起提醒作用,不是执法依据”;但车速反馈仪是否真的能让车速慢下来?
