学校的时间管理效益低下。当前,许多教师都在重复着同一项劳动:教学计划在机械地造,教案在原封不动地抄,考核表在千篇一律地填,坐班制在低效地搞……效益低下的学校管理不同程度地增加了教师负担。如果学校管理无法真正做到以人为本,则教师过重的负担不仅无法减轻,肯定还会随着对高考利益的无限追求而逐渐加重。教师的时间管理水平普遍偏低。不少教师一天到晚都忙个没完,但教育教学效果却差强人意;有的教师看起来轻松, 效果却往往强于前者。这就涉及教师时间管理水平的问题。笔者认为,教师时间管理水平偏低与以下两方面不无关系: 一是学校管理者观念上的问题。他们常常更看重教师的表现而非效果,对这类管理者来说,他们一般不太欣赏一个教师
