金融市场,是指货币的借贷、各种票据和有价证券的买卖等融资活动的场所。金融市场可以是有固定场所进行的各种融资活动,也可以是没有固定场所,由参加交易者利用电讯手段进行联系洽谈而完成融资交易。只要在一定区域进行票据和各种证券的买卖行为或过程都应视为金融市场的业务活动。而市场有时会受到可预见或不可预见的事件影响,这些事件的发生对金融市场本身造成冲击,并带来不可预知的结果。了解这些重大事件,并试图从这些事件中进行总结,从而更好应对风险,是本文的探索方向。
