目前国内的计算机生产越来越热,有关专家最近提醒国内企业,计算机、集成电路和移动电话将有可能成为下一轮供过于求的电子产品。这3种电子产品出现供大于求的主要原因,一是进口较多,其中计算机产品的进口额为40亿美元,占全国电子产品进口额的17.4%。二是生产这类产品的外商独资企业或合资企业发展迅速。三是生产能力过剩,生产效益下降的情况下,国内一些过去以生产消费类电子产品为主的大企业,凭借较强的经济实力和技术力量,也开始进入计算机和通信等信息产品生产领域。这些因素将导致我国计算机、集成电路、移动电话等产品的供给量迅速增加,成为过剩产品。
At present, computer production in China is getting hotter. Experts recently reminded domestic enterprises that computers, integrated circuits and mobile phones will likely become the next oversupply of electronic products. The main reasons for oversupply of these three kinds of electronic products include the importation of more computer products, with the import value of computer products reaching 4 billion U.S. dollars, accounting for 17.4% of the national electronic product imports. The second is the rapid development of wholly foreign-owned or joint ventures producing such products. Third, under the circumstance of overcapacity and declining production efficiency, some large domestic enterprises that used to produce consumer electronic products in the past have also started to enter the production of information products such as computers and telecommunications with their strong economic strength and technological strength. These factors will lead to China’s rapid increase in the supply of computers, integrated circuits, mobile phones and other products, as excess products.
