李克思于1980年在空客公司开始其职业生涯,在空客不同领域积累了3 2年的客户服务经验后,目前担任空客中国公司客户服务副总裁。他和他的团队所提供的支援和服务为中国大陆19家客户、近850架空客系列飞机的安全和高效运营提供保障。空客也通过客户服务队伍本地化来进一步贴近中国客户,更好地满足中国客户需求。
Li Kesi began his career with Airbus in 1980 and has 32 years of customer service experience in various areas of Airbus, currently serving as Vice President Customer Services for Airbus China. The support and services he and his team provide guarantee the safe and efficient operation of 19 customers in Mainland China and nearly 850 Airbus aircraft. Airbus is also localized by its customer service team to further its proximity to Chinese customers to better meet the needs of Chinese customers.
