我们采用APPLEⅡ研制成在线数据处理系统,该系统具有动态测量、中文显示、数值导数计算、绘制冷却过程的“温度一时间”、“冷速-温度”两条曲线作为测定结果等功能。系统以中嵌镍铬-镍硅热电偶丝的热探头为传感器,经软件非线性补偿后,在O—900℃范围测量绝对误差小于±1℃;动态测量冷速相对误差小于±5%。
We use APPLE Ⅱ to develop an online data processing system. The system has the functions of dynamic measurement, Chinese display, numerical derivative calculation, and plotting the two curves “temperature for a time” and “cooling rate - temperature” for the cooling process as the measurement result. The system uses a thermal probe embedded in a NiCr-NiSi thermocouple wire as a sensor. After being compensated by software nonlinearity, the absolute error measured in the range of O-900 ° C is less than ± 1 ° C; the relative error of the measured cooling speed is less than ± 5%.
