毒剂在渗透皮肤的过程中受多种因素的影响,如毒剂本身的因素(挥发度、脂溶性等),皮肤的因素(动物种属、部位、有否损伤等)等等,其中皮肤的生化代谢功能也是影响因素之一。皮肤具有丰富的酶系统,酶的种类与含量可因不同种属而异。当毒剂经皮渗透时,与酶结合或被分解,均可影响经皮渗透与吸收的毒剂量。 本文采用羟胺比色法测定了人与几种常用动物(家兔、豚鼠和小鼠)皮肤内两种酶(AChE和梭曼分解酶)
Toxic agents in the process of penetration of the skin by a variety of factors, such as the toxicity of the agent itself (volatile, fat-soluble, etc.), the skin factor (animal species, parts, with or without damage, etc.) Metabolic function is also one of the influencing factors. The skin is rich in enzyme system, the type and content of enzymes may vary with different species. When the toxicant is transdermally infiltrated, the amount of toxicant which transdermally penetrates and absorbs can be affected by the enzyme binding or decomposition. In this paper, hydroxylamine colorimetry was used to determine the presence of two enzymes (AChE and somanolytic enzymes) in the skin of humans and several commonly used animals (rabbits, guinea pigs and mice)
