目的:研究广藿香三种有效部位体外抗柯萨奇B组3型病毒(CVB3)作用,从而明确广藿香的抗病毒性能,为其进一步开发利用奠定基础。方法:通过CPE法和MTT法检测药物对Hela细胞的毒性及对CVB3引起的细胞病变抑制作用,判断药物毒性及药物抗病毒效应。结果:广藿香的醋酸乙酯提取物、甲醇提取物、水提取物对HeLa细胞的半数中毒浓度(TC50)分别为765.59、1140.56、2700.30μg/mL。广藿香的醋酸乙酯提取物、甲醇提取物具有较好的抗CVB3作用,IC50分别为26.92、13.84μg/mL,而其水提取物无抗CVB3的作用。结论:广藿香的醋酸乙酯提取物、甲醇提取物体外具有抗CVB3作用,但其具体的作用机理仍需进一步研究。
Objective: To study the effect of three effective fractions of patchouli on Coxsackie B group 3 virus (CVB3) in vitro, so as to clarify the antiviral properties of patchouli and lay a foundation for its further development and utilization. Methods: The CPE method and MTT assay were used to detect the toxicity of drugs to Hela cells and the cytopathogenic effects induced by CVB3. The drug toxicity and drug antiviral effect were evaluated. RESULTS: The half poisoning concentrations (TC50) of HeLa cells by ethyl acetate extract, methanol extract and water extract of patchouli were 765.59, 1140.56 and 2700.30 μg/mL, respectively. The ethyl acetate extract and methanol extract of Patchouli had good anti-CVB3 effect, IC50 was 26.92, 13.84 μg/mL, respectively, and its water extract had no anti-CVB3 effect. Conclusion: There is anti-CVB3 effect of ethyl acetate extract and methanol extract of patchouli, but its specific mechanism of action still needs further study.
