本文研究了Al2O3-SiO2系纤维增强ZL109合金复合材料的时效特性,结果表明:AlO3-SiO2系纤维增强ZL109合金复合材料具有和ZL109合金相似的时效硬化曲线及相同的析出相.在对软硬化过程中复合材料始终保持比ZL109合金较高的硬度,而且随着时效时间的延长,硬度的下降比ZL109合金的缓慢.特别在高温(623K)下这一特点更为显著.复合材料中GPB区形成时所需的活化能较ZL109合金的高,而S’相析出时所需的活化能比ZL109合金的低.
In this paper, the aging characteristics of Al2O3-SiO2 fiber reinforced ZL109 alloy composites were studied. The results show that the AlO3-SiO2 fiber reinforced ZL109 alloy has the similar age hardening curve and the same precipitation phase as ZL109 alloy. In the process of softening the composite material always maintains a higher hardness than the ZL109 alloy, and with the aging time, the hardness decreases slower than the ZL109 alloy. This feature is especially noticeable at high temperatures (623K). The activation energy required for the formation of GPB region in composites is higher than that of ZL109 alloy, while the activation energy required for precipitation of S ’phase is lower than that of ZL109 alloy.
