绩效考核正在成为提升企业竞争力的有效战略工具,但在科研院所,往往由于工作业绩难以量化、缺乏明确的工作绩效评价指标,很难达到考核的预期目标。本文分析了科研技术人员的工作特点并提出了解决这一问题的方法。
Performance appraisal is becoming an effective strategic tool to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. However, in research institutes, it is difficult to achieve the expected goal of appraisal due to the difficulty in quantifying the performance of a job and the lack of a clear job performance evaluation index. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the work of scientific and technological personnel and put forward solutions to this problem.
