法治政府建设需要实实在在的载体和助推器。日前,上海召开进一步推进依法行政工作暨市政府行政复议委员会成立电视电话会议。会上发布《上海市依法行政“十二五”规划》,宣布成立上海市政府行政复议委员会。市委副书记、市长韩正指出,依法行政各项工作的出发点和落脚点,是以保障人民群众根本利益和合法权益为核心,着力点是政府行为的规范、透明、高效。要突出政府公信力和执行力建设,加快把上海建设成为全国法治环境最好的行政区之一。
The construction of the government by law requires a solid carrier and booster.
