对汽车底盘用DP780双相钢进行了拉弯成形性能测试,分析了金相组织和相含量,研究了拉弯比对断裂模式和断口形貌的影响。结果表明,随着凸模圆角半径的增加,拉弯比先增加而后保持不变,断裂方式从剪切断裂转变为颈缩断裂;钢中不同区域的铁素体和马氏体形态的差异性不大,且铁素体的体积分数高于马氏体的体积分数;颈缩断裂方式下的裂纹扩展主要是沿着马氏体和铁素体相界面扩展。
The tensile properties of DP780 dual-phase steel for automobile chassis were tested, the microstructure and phase content were analyzed, and the influence of tensile ratio on fracture mode and fracture morphology was studied. The results show that with the increase of fillet radius, the ratio of bending and bending increases firstly and then remains unchanged, and the mode of fracture changes from shear fracture to necking. The difference of ferrite and martensite in different regions of steel And the volume fraction of ferrite is higher than the volume fraction of martensite. The crack propagation in necking mode mainly extends along the martensite and ferrite interface.
