临界转速计算与分析是直升机尾传动轴系动力学设计的重要内容。分析了工程条件下影响尾传动轴系临界转速的主要因素,包括轴的尺寸及选材、轴承的弹性效应和联轴节刚度等。针对以上主要因素对某型直升机尾传动轴系进行有限元建模、计算和分析尾传动轴系的临界转速,并将计算结果与工程算法及试验结果进行比较,结果表明上述工程算法和有限元模型简化方法正确、可信。
The calculation and analysis of critical speed is an important part of the dynamics design of helicopter tail transmission shaft system. The main factors that affect the critical speed of the rear drive shaft system under engineering conditions are analyzed, including the shaft size and material selection, the elastic effect of the bearing and the rigidity of the coupling. According to the main factors mentioned above, the finite element modeling of the tail shaft of a helicopter is performed, the critical speed of the tail shaft is calculated and analyzed, and the results are compared with those of the engineering and test results. The results show that the above algorithm and finite element Model simplification method is correct and credible.
