在研究分离式热管蒸发段流动特性的基础上,对其传热特性进行了试验研究,获得了一些重要的结论.文中着重分析了核态沸腾传热区及飞溅降膜传热区的传热原理;根据试验数据回归整理了相应的换热系数无量纲准则关系式,计算值与试验数据吻合相当好;分别与大空间池沸腾传热和整体式热虹吸管热管蒸发段降膜区传热进行了比较,其结果为分离式热管的研究及工程应用提供了理论的依据.
Based on the study of the flow characteristics of the separation heat pipe evaporation section, the heat transfer characteristics were studied and some important conclusions were obtained. In this paper, the principle of heat transfer in the nucleate boiling heat transfer zone and the splash falling film heat transfer zone is analyzed emphatically. According to the test data, the corresponding heat transfer coefficient dimensionless criterion relation is obtained. The calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental data. The comparison between the heat transfer in the large space pool and the heat transfer in the falling film area of the integral heat-pipe thermosyphon evaporation section provides the theoretical basis for the research and engineering application of the separated heat pipe.
