文章采用文献资料法和实地教学法、综合分析法等方法并依据非体育院校学生的自身发育特点、心理生理特点、认知特征,针对非体育院校大学生体育运动项目的需求状况,就武术对练引入非体育院校的可行性及影响因素进行分析,得出以下结论:通过武术文化中的武德、自强不息、传统文化等思想对非体育院校学生进行德智教育及行为举止,将武术对练纳入非体育院校体育课程体系之中是可行且十分必要的。武术对练对非体育院校的体育教学产生诸多积极因素,对非体育院校大学生的生理机能、心理素质和社会生活适应能力产生积极的影响。
