Hospital from January 1990 to January 1996 admitted to family planning surgery uterine perforation caused by 10 cases, are analyzed as follows. 116 bed data 1.1 General information; patients aged 22 to 52 years old, average 39 years old, pregnant 6 to 9 weeks of induced abortion in 3 cases, lactation in 1 case of IUD, take IUD 6 cases, of which IUD 2 cases, 4 cases of menopause after IUD, 2 cases of menopause more than 1 year.
