目的通过GC-MS技术手段分析鼻病特色中医序贯疗法方剂中挥发油的化学成分。方法收集方剂煎煮过程中的蒸馏液作为挥发油,通过GCMS-QP2010Ultra气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行分析检测,同时设置气相色谱和质谱的各项参数和条件,与仪器自带的NIST/EPA/NIH数据库谱图数据库进行匹配,鉴定挥发油中的化学成分,初步明确其作用物质基础。结果鉴定出的28个化学成分,相对丰度最大的成分为莰烯(20.76%)、香桧烯(15.4%)、诺品烯(23.04%)、柠檬烯(26.09%)、萜品烯(11.18%)、丁香烯(25.23%)、桉叶烯(13.32%)、杜松萜烯(38.59%)、朱栾倍半萜(28.15%)和萘衍生物(14.69%),其余成分均在10%以下。结论本研究初步明确了中医序贯疗法方剂挥发油发挥功效的物质基础。
Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil in TCM sequential therapy prescription by GC-MS technique. Methods The distillate from square decoction was collected as volatile oil and analyzed by GCMS-QP2010Ultra GC-MS. The parameters and conditions of gas chromatography and mass spectrometry were set at the same time with the NIST / EPA / NIH database spectral database matching, identification of volatile oil in the chemical composition of the initial clear role of the material basis. As a result, 28 chemical constituents identified as the highest relative abundance were acenaphthylene (20.76%), acenaphthlene (15.4%), napepin (23.04%), limonene (26.09%) and terpinene (25.23%), eucalyptol (13.32%), juniper terpenes (38.59%), valencene (28.15%) and naphthalene derivatives (14.69%) with the balance of 10 %the following. Conclusion This study initially identified the sequential basis of traditional Chinese medicine prescription volatile oil to play a role in the material basis.
