为分析新疆某公立医院近5年人员招聘情况及招聘效果,文章在该院人事部门收集所需数据,对重点科室负责人进行访谈。结果显示,该三甲医院近5年招录各岗位人员数差距较大,2012年达到峰值;2011年来院的人员中离职的最多,有8人,其余年份为2~3人,且离职人员大部分为护理人员及后勤人员;不同岗位、不同学历招录人员的离职原因各不相同。文章最后得出结论,在招聘中,应考虑计划性招聘,建立招聘评估体系,提高新职工待遇。
In order to analyze the hiring situation and recruitment effect of a public hospital in Xinjiang in recent five years, the article collected the necessary data in the personnel department of the hospital and interviewed the key department heads.
