原设计方法将铲斗的回转半径视作基本参数,铲斗尺寸通过多个系数计算而得,这样设计计算有一些弊病。新设计方法以能反应铲斗形状的参数来设计铲斗几何形状,该设计方法能直观反映基本参数对铲斗尺寸的影响,也更容易利用微机进行辅助设计。
The original design method of the bucket radius of gyration as a basic parameter, the bucket size calculated by multiple coefficients, so the design and calculation has some drawbacks. The new design method to design the geometry of the bucket with parameters that reflect the shape of the bucket can intuitively reflect the impact of the basic parameters on the bucket size and make it easier to use a computer for aided design.
