目的:对锁阳花序中黄酮类化学成分进行初步研究。方法:采用溶剂法提取锁阳花序中的黄酮成分,经聚酰胺、硅胶柱层析并通过波谱解析鉴定了4种黄酮类化合物的结构。结果:4种黄酮类化合物分别被鉴定为芸香苷(rutin,I)、异槲皮苷(isoquerecitrin,Ⅱ)、(+)-儿茶素[(+)-catechin,Ⅲ]和(-)-表儿茶素-3-O-没食子酸酯[(-)-epicatechin-3-O-gallate,Ⅳ]。结论:这4种黄酮类化合物均是首次从锁阳花序中分离得到,其中(-)-表儿茶素-3-O-没食子酸酯为首次从锁阳植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of flavonoids in Cynomorium involucrata. Method: The flavonoids in the Cymbidium inflorescence were extracted by solvent method. The structures of four flavonoids were identified by spectral analysis and polyamide and silica gel column chromatography. Results: Four flavonoids were identified as rutin (I), isoqueritin (II), (+)-catechin [(+)-catechin, III] and (-)- Epicatechin-3-O-gallate [(-)-epicatechin-3-O-gallate, IV]. Conclusion: These four kinds of flavonoids were isolated from Cynomorium instar for the first time. Among them, (-)-epicatechin-3-O-gallate was isolated from Cynomorium for the first time.
